Elementary Students: K-5

Academic Days - Academic Days are combined social studies, science, and writing workshops for students in Kindergarten through 5th Grade. Students meet on Wednesdays from 9:00 to 11:30 am. This class is designed to support what students are learning at home.

Musical Performing Arts - During the fall semester Pee Wee Glee, for Kindergarten through 5th Grade students, and Tone Chimes, for Middle and High School students, is offered on Wednesdays from 11:30 am to 12:45 pm. Students perform at the December talent show.

Performing Arts - Students wishing to participate in the spring musical and interested in a lead role, will audition for parts (optional) and begin rehearsal in December. Rehearsals for all others begin in January and are on Wednesdays from 11:30 to 12:45 and Fridays from 2:15 to 3:45. Some additional practices may be required as the production approaches. 

Electives - Each Friday from 1:00 to 2:15 different topics will be taught such as art, technology, and cooking.

Chess - Learn to play chess and challenge your classmates. This is offered the 1st and 3rd Fridays of the Parkview month from 11:45 to 1:00.  

Sports Day - Playground and field games, such as Nation Ball and soccer, are just a few of the activities that students can participate in on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of the Parkview month from 11:45 to 1:00. 

Discovery Science - This is provided by an outside vendor and is fee based. This Discovery Science workshop is hands-on science designed for students Kindergarten through 5th grade. Some projects take multiple weeks to build and test. Flyers are available in the office. The workshop is held weekly on Friday, from 11:45 to 1:00.
